In answer to your questions, some hospitals will train new grads fresh out of school, depends on how desperate for nures they are. You'll have an extensive orientation if they do accept you.
No way to tell what you'll make, it varies by hospital, shift and part of the country. In a shortage situation, there's usually plenty of work, high wages and ample opportunities for overtime.
