I will graduate in August 2005 and am very interested in traveling--I would like to be in the southeast (FL, AL, GA) or possibly Hawaii. Most travel nursing companies require at least one to two years of recent acute hospital experience before they'll consider you at a traveler.
When they place you you're expected to carry a full patient load and carry your weight with little or no supervision.
As a new graduate, you would not be prepared to handle that.
