    New graduate looking to travel

I will graduate in August 2005 and am very interested in traveling--I would like to be in the southeast (FL, AL, GA) or possibly Hawaii. I would like to be with a dependable company with good pay and many opportunities to continue learning in all fields. I would appreciate any information, either here or at Melis40598@aol.com
    Thank you,
    Melissa

Re: New graduate looking to travel

    Hello Melissa,

Most travel nursing companies require at least one to two years of recent acute hospital experience before they'll consider you at a traveler.

When they place you you're expected to carry a full patient load and carry your weight with little or no supervision.

As a new graduate, you would not be prepared to handle that.

    Hope that helps.
