Update and thanks

I first posted here as formerusmc or something like that. I couldn't remember my login but I was asking for advice on how to pursue a career in nursing.

Since then I have made the dean's list, compiled numerous hours of volunteering in the local ER, reinforced my desire to become a nurse and have been hired as an NA/NT. I will be working in the same department that I volunteer in so the nurses and doctors that have taken me under their wings will be available when I ask questions.
