    noncompact state license

    Specifically Oregon and Illinois. What is the tirme frame for getting your license?

    I have heard that Illinois can take a looooong time- up to 6 weeks.

    Took me about 6 weeks to get my Illinois license.....BUT......I had just took Boards, and all the RN licenses were up for renewal, anyhow. (They come due by May of even years.) No mandatory CEU's yet.

    I say, best to get the paperwork over and done with and sent off as soon as you can.

    Oregon can take 3-4 weeks. You can call them daily and once it is approved it can be faxed to the facillity you will be working at. Good luck, I love Oregon. Where will you be working?
