I found the right thread. Here ya go mate.
One thing they do here in Western Australia is use Oxycodone and Tramal quite a bit. A patient can get both medications. The Tramal 50 mg to 100 mg is every 6 hours and the Oxycodone 5 to 20 mg every 4 hours. They also use an intravenous form of Panadol (basically the same as Tylenol) called Perfalgan. Damn, this stuff is amazing. It really works well in conjunction to a PCA. Here is a link that provides some information on the drug:
