On a similar note; one of our detainees [we have over 25,000!] was given tylenol by a wire medic. The medic did not know this particular detainee had an allergy to acetaminophen. The detainee quickly became an ICU patient. His skin started sloughing off and we treated him same as a severe burn patient. It was kind of interesting.
Tylenol can work wonders for a fever but I've always leaned towards ibuprofen for my little aches & pains.

Limit is 4 grams (or 4000 mgs). Thus, if receiving 2 ES Tylenol, should have them q. 6 hours, d/t dosage. Otherwise, 'regular' Tylenol is usualy written q. 4-6 hours.
