    CRNA prep

I am looking into CRNA school and I se that I need Physics. Wondering if anyone knows where to take this class online without lab. I am a Travel RN and not able to take class on campus with lab.

    Re: CRNA prep

Most laboratory sciences you'll need for a CRNA degree are NOT going to be offered online. It defeats the purpose.

You'll be training to give the same drugs an anesthesiologist does, they are not going to let you skimp on clinical time or get by with online classes.

You can find more info on becoming a CRNA and programs here:

You'll need to plan on growing some roots and staying in one place were you can take classes for at least 2-3 years.

Thanx for that link, doing the same thing. Thank God I have already had physics, Cal 1-2, Trig and all my maths while in architecture school.

    Re: CRNA prep

Anytime, I've got links for almost any occasion

By the way, more power to you.

I keep threatening to go on for a Masters and become an NP. Can't break myself away from the stay at home dad/nurse entrepreneur gig long enough to get started.

Hate to cut back or take time away from my kid when things are going well.

    Re: CRNA prep

I agree, if I had my daughter all of the time, I wouldn't leave either. But I think I am going to go ahead and do it while I can, that way more money can be saved for college, and all that fun stuff (for her). If you have anymore articles or tabloids in your stack or references, please send them my way at jmsspratlin@hotmail.com I'd appreciate it. God Bless....J

We're pretty conservative, put away like 20% of our combined monthly income into IRAs, insurance, porfolios, etc.

We don't drive BMWs or go to Disney every year, but we live pretty comfortably.

Let me know what you're looking for and I'll keep an eye out for it.

Looking into the military's CRNA program. I know that once my military career is done (retired) I can use it in the civilian sector. I will be able to retire in 9 years from the military so I am trying to let them pay to put me through school. Planning on Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, TX
