The family will come too maybe a week after me....I talked to the boss about my eval that isn't done and she says she didn't know mine was due as HR didn't send her the info so talked to HR they say it was sent in Aug. I think it was probably lost in the shuffle as my boss does have lots of things going on...she e-mailed it to me (didn't come through) but called and told me to just fill it out and rate myself LOL told her I'd look at last years I've gotten the same 4.5-4.8 every year forever nobody is a 5 you know and the difference isn't that great (they multiply the hours worked the previous year by the % and that's the lump sum you get minus taxes). I'm afraid with the start date I have unless they'll move it that I won't get the lump sum anyway as I'll have to give notice before the money is in the bank
