Hellloooo Nurses-

I am working with a hospital in California that is offering to give full credit for past LPN/LVN experience and International experience.

Basically if you have been a RN for 3 years, but have 10 years of LPN or international experience, they will pay you like you have 13 years of RN experience. That could mean a pay increase of $8.00-$12.00 an hour. Most hospitals give half credit, some don't acknowledge that experience at all.

Additionally they are offering a $10,000 sign on for nights positions and $5,000 sign on for days. The bonus is paid out in thirds over one year (first third on your first paycheck). Also, benefits start on day one of employment and they will help with your relocation too.

We are currently seeking RNs with Telemetry and/or ICU experience. This is a heart hospital, so being able to read Tele strips is a must. Familiarity with vasopressers, Swanz Ganz, ventilators and Balloon Pumps are a big plus, but not required.

Please contact me if you would like to hear, this is truly an exceptional opportunity.
