Yes, it's Monday again! Hope your day goes well.

Anything new going on? Cass, you're starting your new job today, right?

I did hospital orientation today I can now put out a fire here, know pt rights, know where to park etc etc I have to be there at 7 in the morning for some travel stuff for a couple of hours then more general orientation with the rest of the locals...then Wed & Thurs computer orientation..I will be well oriented but that's ok. They had lots of food for breakfast and breaks (can't eat it for my diet but had diet coke) and they gave us a lunch voucher...got out a little early drove home in 15 minutes instead of my old 45 and walked on the beach for a bit more then an hour so that was good...met another traveler in orientation (just me and her) she's going to be same unit and shift as me she lives a couple hours away and will just spend a couple of nights in a hotel to sleep during the week.

Can't fit breakfast into diet? I'd try. Give me a chocolate donut, and no-one gets harmed.

I can't (won't) have what they had for breakfast I'm dong the low carbs which works for me when I stick with it so I've been doing that since I came back from FL vacation the week after laborday I'd lost about 20# in the last month now I've been walking more so that's a good thing. It's already Tues morning..didn't start that Tuse thread yet just getting ready to go in for more orientation in a few minutes.
