Well, it's Saturday! Thank heavens for the weekend. Got the coffee nearby, and I am happy.

So, what's going on? Anyone taking a break frrom studying or work?

Hey-ho! Just got in from doing some running around. Am trying to get motivated here, too, but am tired.

I did Martial Arts for two hours this morning. My daughter & I just returned home from lifting weights at Randolph AFB. There fitness center is better than most civilian gyms.

I went to the gym today too. I go nearly every day which helps to keep me sane even though I'm not able to do much more than cardio yet. Just in case anyone was wondering, I didn't tear my rotator cuff weightlifting in fact, I have never hurt myself working out. It was a big-a** bone spur that father time had given me. Not back to work yet either and won't be until after my July 2nd appointment. It feels like FOREVER. In the meantime, I do PT twice weekly and a million little tasky things that have been put off because I've been too busy- can't say that now...

Hope you all are having a nice weekend. We're seeing the sun today for the first time in three days and it feels great!

Ah well, time to get moving again.

In Soldier's case, it was a rotator tear. Giving him some grief now.

My weight training has been reduced drastically; frequency & amount of weight. I'm very careful when lifting weights. I realize my left shoulder will never be the same as it was before Iraq.
