HCG? Isn't that shorthand for pregnancy hormones?
Being a nurse, I know the 'right' foods to eat, and the importance of getting exercise. It's trying to get the TIME to exercise and COOK the stuff. Anyone up to being a part time cook over here?
I went looking for this diet which seems to involve a healthy diet and exercise plus injecting hormones - I did some reading on it last night - There are some possible health risks which would make me leary of injecting the hormones.

It also appears to be quite costly - Back when I lost most of my weight - I talked to a trainer about HGH (Human growth hormone) and he told me that people who were injecting hormones tending to lose weight quickly but that they developed fatty deposits in weird places like around the kidneys, liver etc... guess I stick to the old fashioned way - diet, exercise bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla
