I had a terrible time getting to sleep last night, then I slept until almost 10 am this morning. Well, now that I'm unemployed again, there is no excuse to skip cleaning. Hope everyone has a nice weekend.
I'm not going to do anything today except watch some movies and chill out.
Well, evening is finally winding down after getting wife home from hospital. Had R-TKR on Wednesday. Surgery went well, the rest of the experience gets about a C+ and that's being generous. I used to work there and on this floor just when I was floated which was enough. Now that we have recent patient experience, I have a lot of "feedback" for the hospital. Let's just say that they have no clue what patient focused care is. We knew things weren't as good as they once were and the only reason we went there was for the surgeon who doesn't practice anywhere else. He's worth it but what a price to pay...

My night was the usual general insanity. Not sure if someone is being admitted, as they are still being evaluated in the ER, last I heard.
Hey, guys! Ya think you can check out/post in the decent meals for nurses thread? I am at a loss lately for meals.
