Morning, folks! I still wanna sleep, but have a mandatory meeting at 2, AND on my day off! Go figure.
Good luck, Orion. I forget: did you guys complain about the teacher re: the tests? Just wondering. And THANKS for starting the Daily Thread!
Smiles, I can see you not doing coffeee, as you are on your way home, but the stuff does help before the shift. Would some tea help? And as for the laundry: as long as it doesn't move, you're ok. Get to it before it starts, though.
How's the weather where you guys are? Any problems driving yet? We had quite a bit of slush last night.
Just got the news 93% in Pediatrics, still waiting on the grade for Physical assessment though.
Still brooding till then I guess.anic:
I was wrong RN classes are just as stressful as LPN school was.
"BECAUSE I SAID SO" IS NOT A GOOD ENOUGH REASON.
Congrats, Orion! I coulda told you about the LPN to RN bit, easily.
How's the weather over there?
Hello! I feel great now that my wife gave me a bath & washed my hair. Not only am I limited to one (arm) hand but any movement by my left arm is PAINFUL.
Hey, glad to see you back on the site, Soldier.
Maybe you should be glad she didn't turn the garden hose on you? (Hehe!) Seeing as you are 2 days post-op, it must feel good being able to be semi-washed up.
You surviving the weather? And is it affecting the op. site?
Hey, everyone. I'm glad to see you all around.
Cat, it's pretty chilly here, too. I like snow, too, but not in gobs, and sleet besides. I swear that it's gotten worse since we bought our house. Right after we moved in, we had a 'dump-and-a-half', where it took me 2 hours to get home on a normally 40 minute drive. I was beaking off the whole time home.
Soldier, take care of yourself, hear?
Hey guys,
Catching up a little. Orion, Way to go! Hope the panic subsides while you wait for the rest of your grades. Smiles, I hope you feel better soon. Have you tried alternating heat and cold packs? Cary, you're sounding better every day although it would be nice to move without pain. Ice was my best friend for a very long time. After two days, even a hosing would feel good but if anyone was going to get a blast, it should have been a certain ENT and not Cary.
