I'm venturing forth to pay the rent and a couple of bills, then I will come back and hibernate. That's about it.

I have a cold. so oatmeal and water sound good. I had a dr appt this morning. Money rules everything..my dr belongs to a group. they keep changing pt reps. so they are always confused.. my appt was messed up..

Don't forget the OJ. The Vit. C may do some good.

I am gonna turn in by 10 pm; have to head in tomorrow morning (sigh). I may not post a Morning Thread, but I'll be thinking of you all.

Turn in by 2200hrs? ... just now checking in. I, too, paid some bills online this evening. Plus, did 45mins on the stairmaster this afternoon. Tomorrow at 1300hrs is physical therapy appointment. Of course, at this point my PT sessions are short & quick.
