Wakey, wakey folks! It's Wednesday already, and you know what that means! The weekend is coming up fast.

Smiles, I finished physical therapy session about an hour ago. Now, waiting for yoga class.
Feel'n a little sad, though. I've been dissed on a facebook friend invite request. It really is a cruel, cruel world.

Arm is there. I hurt, and am going to probably crash out again, w/o help of pain killer.
Smiles, I get a lot of enjoyment out of facebook. It is great way to share (appropriate) pictures, and to keep in contact with friends both far & near.
Yoga kicked my butt this afternoon. Probably cause only about an hour prior I finished physical therapy, which included 35 mins on the stepper.
That's why I am here.
If my family wants to know what I am up to, they can call/write/etc. Better yet, where the heck have they been for over 20 years? One's been 'hinting' at wanting a picture of a relative.....which they are NOT getting. Where were they when gram was ill? Only time they showed up was if they got something out of it.
BTW.....old instructor also attended school with said family member. The Hmmmph I got re: family member said alot.
Please, stop calling me SoN. My dad passed away when I was 10 yrs old. He called me son.
