I lost my license in 2005 due to addiction. Ive been clean 4 yrs now and am on parole. Can anyone tell me where to start to get my license back. I am in Texas and just don't really know where to begin.

When you say parole do you mean that you went to prison? I don't know what the rules in your state are about parole and holding a nurses license. Check with your board first then go from there.
