What is an EN?
I would like to become a nurse in the future, I was wondering if I could register as an EN despite not yet finishing my high school course to get me into university.
The research I have done suggests that this is simply 'registering' not necessarily practicing as yet. I was wondering if I could do that as it would spur me to keep going.
I guess what I am asking is do I have to be committed to an under-graduate programme to register or not and if I can register without need to be committed to an under-graduate programme, would there be any pre-requsites?

:60: Welcome to the site, toshiba. By 'EN', you mean Enrolled Nurse don't you? Which country, Australia? In the US, an individual can go to LPN school and obtain an LPN license without going to a four year university. They can attend either a proprietary school, a community college LPN program, or a program offered by what is commonly called adult education institutions, such as Regional Occupational Programs. However, high school graduation, or equivalency by means of a General Education Development certificate, is required for all applicants to obtain an LPN license. HTH
