Hot & humid but our lawn is doing well in the green. Thankful for our auto sprinkler system.
Morning, folks; it's Tuesday, and I am able to post again!
The weather has been weirder than heck here. Sunny one minute, then cloudy in seconds, or unexpected downpours. At least the tomatoes are enjoying it.
What all is going on elsewhere?

Haven't you gotten much rain down there? I thought you wuld have.
We are 'restricted' in watering on odd/even days, even if we have wells. (I prefer well water over the city water; I can tell the difference) If they try to get us to switch, I'll put up a cat fight.
Too much rain but now it is creeping up to mid 90's & very humid.
I hear that your humidity will be creeping up here by the end of this week. Let's send it elsewhere.
Well, gotta wash the hair, and head out for a while. I'll be back later, of course.
Have a great day, folks!
We are restricted from watering here - we are only allowed to water every third day and only 10 minutes at a time. Also we may only water before 7am or after 7 pm. We are not allowed to hand water at all. The government has taken over my healthcare and my car and now my garden ARGGGGGGGG!
The kicker is that code enforcement came by yesterday and said if we didn't green up our lawn they were going to cite us.
Peace and Namaste

If you have a dehumidifier, use that water.
Also, if the 'powers that are--somewhat' give you grief, use the city code that they use re: watering. Best yet, if there are signs, take a picture and show them.
Poking my nose (er, beak?) in, looking around, and wondering where you all are.
Rain, rain, and more rain. Flash floods, standing water, and mosquitos probably the size of F4U Corsairs are next. What joy.
Yesterday it was hot, 92 or more, not sure how much more. Today, it is very pleasant, as warm as can be without being too warm and a pleasant breeze here and there. Of course, I enjoy the weather by sleeping inside.
