    average pay for an RN with 2-1/2 years experience

    Hi all,

    I was wondering what is the average pay for an RN with 2-1/2 years experience? I should add that I work for an HCA facility in north Florida. Should I go elsewhere for more money?

    Hopefully, you will hear from some Florida nurses. NY+Ma pay about $25 hour for new grad.

    Often you can get a general idea of pay rates by looking for posted pay on the employment websites. Some employers post this info with their job listings.
