After you post, you may notice that there is a little green box below your user title, and others' titles as well. If you like a post, give someone credit.
Of course, I am open to adjusting the User Rep. titles; so if you'd like to see a different reputation added, by all means let me know!

I like that idea. I think it is a great motivator to write quality posts. They use if of course at Anal Nurses, and I think that is why I posted so much...I liked the kudos! I am competitive that way...just another character flaw in a LONG LIST,
