    Newbie looking for PBDS info

hello everyone..... I am new to this site! I was looking for a study guide for the PBDS test and stumbled upon Ultimatenurse. I'm not sure why, but after signing up and trying to get the study guide it will not take me there. Any ideas.... or anyone out there know where i can get a study guide for the PBDS??? Also... I am a travel nurse with AMN, and I am working on a PEACE Project in my work...

Unfortunately, the PBDS study previously available here is no longer available for download due to a DMCA notification of claimed infringement by Performance Management Services Inc. If anything changes, the page at http://www.ultimatenurse.com/free-pbds-study-guide/190/ will be updated.

While I believe their claim is absurd, the law sometimes favors a party with the resources and determination to litigate a meritless claim. A good example is SCO who more than 8 years ago made baseless and false claims of infringement of copyrights they were later found to not even own. They completely lost every case they pursued but not without causing their victims (including IBM and Novell) to spend tens of millions of dollars in legal fees and expenses (which they will never recover since SCO is bankrupt now).
