Also, big challenge is working short staff and hospital is chasing the patient satisfaction reports............. does not make sense.

You are right Ricu.I agree with you.You have told about most challenging phase of this field.There are some more challenges in this field like shortage of nursing school faculty,Putting science in to practice,Removal of scope of practice barriers etc.
