OK....I know you're out there, as I see you folks on line; no posting today?
Good morning! We manafed to avoid some of the white stuff, and some of the cold weather, but guess we're to get more snow tomorrow.
We also broke our record of number of people on the site.....WooHoo!
So what all's going on today, folks?

Mornin cougar. I'm here.
Sorry I haven't posted, I've had to play phone tag with a local college over a BLS course I am supposed to teach next month. For some reason, my training facility has put on reserve for me, 50 adult and 50 infant mannequins. I guess it slipped their mind that a single instructor wouldn't dare challenge that many students at a time, lol.
Things could be worse.

Here is a question for you.
Do you ever get calls from random hospitals for jobs you never applied for.
Just the other day, I got a call from a hospital asking me if I wanted to come in and interview for a Phlebotomist position. I have never applied at that hospital in my life.

Medic, I think they go through the BON list of nurses. Why do I say that? I've gotten calls from a travel agency, and when I asked, that's what they said.
Why go through the BON for a Phlebotomist? I have never had a phlebotomist license, however I did work as a phlebotomist while in EMT school.

I know I am Phleb Certified, also. All I can figure is they can cross reference who has what skills they may need, also.
Perhaps. I suppose it is time to put on some Pink Floyd and cook some lunch. Medic sings softly, "And if the dam breaks open many years too soon, and if there is no room upon the hill..."
