Could anyone help me out with the going rate in the Vero Beach, Fort Pierce florida areas?? I'm moving from Oklahoma and was wanting to get a decent rate of pay. I'm not sure what that is. I've been a RN for 15 years with 10 years of ER experience and 5 years of OR experience. I'm wanting to do some travel nursing there, but dont want to sell myself short by not knowing with the going rate is.

I work per diem for All About Staffing which is the default travel company for HCA hospitals. I make $40.50 an hr for ICU. I will be taking a local contract with them soon and will make the same rate. Of course, I live locally and that might make a difference. Hope this helps.
I am presently making 27.18 on a travel assignment in the area. Not great but I have fantastic housing and I wanted to come to FL.
